Make sure every quote includes the same line items and that the plumber and contractor are licensed in Tennessee.

  • Is the Tennessee state contractor license (BC-A Residential Limited or BC Building Contractor) current and at the right classification for the project value?
  • Is the company named on the contract the licensed entity?
